At Roomwell, we take pride in providing reliable, commercial-grade equipment to meet your business needs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be:

Unused and uninstalled

In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included
Items not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order equipment

Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
2. Return Process
Request Authorization
Email us at support@roomwell.co.uk with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
Return Approval
If your return is eligible, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions.
Shipping Your Return

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Ensure the package is securely sealed and insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
3. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied to all returned items.
Restocking fees are waived in cases of incorrect items shipped by Roomwell or verified product defects.
4. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
Exchange requests must also be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We may request photos of the item and packaging for processing the exchange.
5. Damaged Shipments

Inspect all deliveries at the time of arrival.

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Report concealed damage within 48 hours by contacting support@roomwell.co.uk and include photos.
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund total.
